GIFT WITH PURCHASE TERMS: To qualify for the $60 SiriusXM Prepaid Service Card:

1. Purchase a new eligible radio (set forth below) between 1/1/24 and 12/31/24 from an any authorized retailer,

2. Activate the eligible radio with one of the SiriusXM Music & Entertainment or Platinum subscription plans set forth above by 12/31/24; and

3. Maintain at least 60 DAYS OF CONTINUOUS PAID SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE on that device. If activating the eligible radio with a free trial subscription, you must maintain at least 60-days of paid service after the trial period ends to qualify for the SiriusXM prepaid service card. To Redeem: Visit www.SiriusXMpromos.com and enter Offer # 23-22701 and follow the instructions to submit online. All requests must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. ET on 1/31/25. Please allow 4-6 weeks from verification of a properly submitted request and completion of the paid subscription term to receive your service card. Activate your eligible radio with your choice of one of the following subscription plans directly with SiriusXM by 12/31/24: (1) Get 12 months of the Music & Entertainment Plan for $4.99/month or (2) Get 12 months of the Platinum Plan for $8.25/ month. Fees and taxes apply. There is no activation fee on these plans. A credit card is required on these offers. Service will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW every month and after your promotional term ends you will be charged at then-current rates (currently $23.05/month for Music & Entertainment, or $29.12/month for Platinum), unless and until you cancel.
