2. How can I return an item?
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Call us at 1-800-422-7142 to request a return number. All returns must be accompanied by a return number in order to be processed properly.
Step 2: Complete all fields on your return pack slip (example provided below) and include in return package. Your return will not be accepted without a return number.

Step 3: Pack your return carefully. Include all parts that arrived with the radio or accessory you are returning, including the radio receiver and all accessories and manuals. The cost of any missing or damaged items will be deducted from your refund. All returns must be in new or like-new condition to be eligible for a refund.

3. Do I pay for return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience, there is a UPS Prepaid Return Label on the opposite side of the return pack slip. If you choose to use this UPS Prepaid Return Label, you will be charged $8.00 for shipping which will be deducted from your refund. Give the package to your UPS carrier or drop it off at any store that accepts UPS parcels. You may also ship using your preferred carrier.

4. What should I do if I misplaced my return pack slip?
Please include your return number on the shipping label of your return and print out the Returns Information slip and include in your return package. For your convenience a Returns Information slip can be found at: siriusxm.com/packslip
5. Does returning a radio purchased with subscription cancel my SiriusXM subscription?
No. If you purchased a subscription with your radio or if you activated your radio you must also cancel your subscription plan. Returning your radio does not cancel your subscription. Some subscription plans are non-refundable or may carry early termination fees. Please check the terms and conditions of your offer carefully before calling for a return.
6. Can I exchange my product?
In order to exchange your product for a new product, you must return your original product and then place a new order.
To return your item, please follow steps 1-4 in Question 2 “How can I return an item?”.

7. How can I check on the status of my return?
For inquiries regarding the status of your return please call Listener Care at 1-800-422-7142.
8. When can I expect my return to be processed?
Once received, we will promptly process your refund. You should see your next refund as a credit to your billing statement within two billing cycles.
