GIFT WITH PURCHASE TERMS: To qualify for the $60 SiriusXM Prepaid Service Card:

1. Purchase a new eligible radio (set forth below) between 1/1/24 and 12/31/24 from an any authorized retailer,

2. Activate the eligible radio with one of the SiriusXM Music & Entertainment or Platinum subscription plans set forth above by 12/31/24; and

3. Maintain at least 60 DAYS OF CONTINUOUS PAID SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE on that device. If activating the eligible radio with a free trial subscription, you must maintain at least 60-days of paid service after the trial period ends to qualify for the SiriusXM prepaid service card. Please allow 4-6 weeks from verification of a properly submitted request and completion of the paid subscription term to receive your service card.
